Share Your iTunes Library No More

I’m not what you would call a “sharer”.  I don’t like to share a bathroom.  I don’t like to share my meal.  And I don’t like to share any gadgets, especially my computer.

For those of you, like me who flunked sharing in Kindergarten, Apple has come out with a way to have multiple music libraries in iTunes on one computer.  If you must share an iTunes, this is the way to do it.

Now when you open iTunes, simple click the option key on a Mac and the alt key on a PC. It will prompt you to either create a new library or choose from existing libraries.

Thank you Apple.  No more accidentally playing Elmo’s Rap Alphabet when you’re out with your pals.
